EVER DREAM of being a CHEERLEADER?.....Watch the latest Bring It On movie and say to yourself “I want to do that!” Well it is that time of year to sign up for Little Mac Cheerleading!!!
ATTENTION:
Registration forms may be download from the links below. For your registration to be complete, please have the following:
1) Registration form and parental consent form, signed
2) Zero Tolerance Policy Form, signed
3) Registration check for $125 (make check payable to Lil Mac Football Association)
4) Cheerleading uniform deposit of $150 (post-dated for 12/01/10) check for use of skirt and vest. Your check will be returned when the uniform is returned in good condition. (make check payable to Lil Mac Football Association) Additional cheer equipment required: Pom poms, leggings, equipment bag, shoes, briefs, bodysuit, wind suit jacket and pants, rain coat, headbands, gloves, and hair bow.
5) Volunteer Deposit check for $50 (make check payable to Lil Mac Football Association, post dated for 12/01/10)
Please mail completed registrations (#1-5 above) to: Lil Mac Football Association c/o Katrina Thomas, Cheer Coordinator Late Registration Fee: Any registration received after June 30th will be deemed late and a late fee of $25 will be accessed to the registration. The late fee is per child not family, no exceptions.
Coaching:
