Registrations now accepted by mail only. 

G19 Youth Football League Age Groups:

                        6&7                  6 years old by August 1, 2010

                                    8&9                  8 years old by August 1, 2010

                                    10&11              10 years old by August 1, 2010

12                                        12 years old by August 1, 2010

For your registration to be complete, please have the following (forms may be downloaded below):

1) Registration form and Parental Consent form, completed & signed

2) Zero Tolerance Policy form, signed

3) COPY of your child’s birth certificate 
4) Registration check for $125 (make check payable to Lil Macs Football Association)

5) Equipment Deposit check for $200 (make check payable to Lil Macs Football Association, post dated for 12/01/10)

6) Volunteer Deposit check for $50 (make check payable to Lil Macs Football Association, post dated for 12/01/10)

Please note that if an age group is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list .  The waiting list will be based upon the date we receive your completed registration, so sign up ASAP!

Coaching applications will also be accepted through the mail.  This form may be downloaded below.

Late Registration Fee:

Any registration received after June 30^th will be deemed late and a late fee of $25 will be accessed to the registration. The late fee is per child not family, no exceptions.
